Words Tutor is a free and universal app to learn words from any foreign language.

The user can load (import), create, convert dictionaries, share personal dictionaries with other users and use the existing ones. Words Tutor also supports dictionaries from Lingvo Tutor, different types of training, statistics. It allows to view the dictionaries and supports the speech, has a lot of practical settings. No registration.
